Being the laziest homosapien on earth, I questioned myself many times "Do I really have to blog?" and there are times where I started and left this awesome art(yes i mean it) in middle.
Let me brief you what I do for living. I am free lance developer, Senior Software Engineer at a reputed MNC. I am doing great, earning good money, giving deliverable's in time as I have mastered Java for years I had no reasons to find and blame me. I was doing great and then we had a requirement to hire a junior java developer. I interviewed that guy and he was good with knowledge and confidence. We had him on board in two weeks. We worked for 2 months and I was impressed by his work. He use to compete me with coding and ask for any maintenance issues and bug reports which can be ignored as many of same designee do. When I had coded staying late all nights and keeping my life totally involved in work. he introduced me to some tools which made my life easier and I started sharing my experience with on real time applications, data, servers .... I saw exponential growth in my learning after really long time. At that point I realized the value of sharing. Which is always an answer to "Do I really have to blog?" and may be there are many ways to do things in Computer Sciences and I want to get the flavor of every possible way so that I can take the best and share the best. So please do share by comments your experiences or feel free to point any mistakes or efficient ways to accomplish tasks in my postings.
